Hospital and Doctor Website Design
Most patients see your website on a phone, often after finding you on Google Maps. In a few seconds they decide whether you treat their problem, whether they trust your doctors, and how to reach you. We design websites for hospitals, nursing homes and specialist clinics in India that answer those questions quickly, load fast on mobile networks, and follow the NMC’s 2026 rules and India’s data protection law.
What a Healthcare Website Must Get Right
Since 6 October 2026, the NMC’s advertising guidelines apply to what hospitals and doctors publish online, including websites. Each doctor you feature should show their name, qualifications and registration details, and the site must avoid testimonials, success rates, superlatives and offers. Enquiry forms also collect personal data, so they need clear consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. What we will not put on your website:
- Patient testimonials, success stories or before-and-after galleries
- Success rates, “firsts” or “best hospital” claims
- Discount, package or limited-time offers
- Stock photos presented as your doctors or your hospital
- Enquiry forms that ask for symptoms or medical history without need
- Forms that collect personal data without clear consent and a privacy notice
Built for search from day one. Every site we build has a page for each department or key procedure, factual doctor profiles, and the structure Google needs to understand what you treat and where. How We Work
We design websites for multi-specialty hospitals, nursing homes, single-specialty hospitals and specialist clinics. Every build follows the same five steps.
- Discovery Session: a call to understand your hospital or clinic, your departments, your doctors and the services you want more of
- Structure and content: we plan the pages and write the copy; your doctors review anything clinical
- Design and build: you see the design first, then a working version on your own phone before launch
- Checks: speed on mobile networks, accessibility basics, forms, consent text and NMC compliance, page by page
- Launch and handover: redirects from old pages, Search Console set-up, and training so your team can make small edits
A healthcare-focused team since 2012, a dedicated account manager, and six in-house departments: Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Video Production, Website Design and Content Writing.

Website Design Questions
It depends on how many departments and doctors you have and how much content already exists. We agree the scope and timeline in a written proposal after the Discovery Session.
Not as promotion. The NMC’s October 2026 guidelines restrict testimonials and success stories, and patient consent doesn’t make them acceptable. We use factual content about your doctors, departments and process instead.
Yes. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, forms that collect personal data should say what the data is used for and get clear consent. We build that into every form.
Yes. We link or embed the booking system you already use, so patients can book from your website.
You do. Everything is set up in your name, with us as a user you can remove at any time.
