Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube,
  • Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies to improve
  • ROI and lead quality.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign audits.
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and platform-specific tracking tools.
  • Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google
  • Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and performance-focused campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience will be highly preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience handling national and international clients is desirable.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
