Project Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll collaborate closely with department heads to allocate tasks effectively.

- Cross-Departmental Management:
- Coordinate and streamline operations for a smooth workflow.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to departments and team members.
- Monitor project progress and address operational bottlenecks proactively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure transparent communication on project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and SOPs for streamlined workflow.
- Collaborate with department managers for project requirements.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, operational performance, and KPIs.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
