Digital Marketing for Urologists
Many urology patients search for help quietly. A man with a urinary problem, or a family looking for stone treatment late at night, wants a clear explanation and a private way to ask a question. We help urologists and urology clinics in India be easy to find for those searches, explain procedures plainly, and keep every ad and page within the NMC's 2026 guidelines and the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act. CENITPRO has been a healthcare-focused digital marketing agency since 2012.
Two Sets of Rules Apply to Urology
Like every doctor, urologists now work under the NMC’s Guidelines on Ethical Advertising and Public Communication, issued on 6 October 2026: no testimonials, success stories, success rates, superlatives or offers. Urology also overlaps with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, whose Schedule lists kidney and bladder stones, sexual impotence and venereal diseases. Promises to cure these conditions are exactly what regulators look for. What we will not do for your clinic:
- Promise "permanent" stone removal, "guaranteed" results or "no recurrence"
- Advertise cures for sexual health conditions, or use suggestive copy
- Publish success rates, patient testimonials or success stories
- Call you "the best", "No. 1" or "top urologist"
- Run discount, package or limited-time offers
- Buy, request or showcase reviews as promotion
Privacy matters more in urology. Patients often won’t call about a sexual health or continence problem if they think they’ll be overheard or recognised. We design enquiry routes, such as WhatsApp and short forms, that let them ask quietly, and we never ask for symptoms in a public form. How We Work
We work with urologists in solo practice, urology clinics, stone centres and hospital urology departments. Every engagement follows the same five steps.
- Discovery Session: a call to understand your clinic, your procedures and your city
- Compliance audit: we review your website, Google profile, social pages and ads against the NMC guidelines and the DMR Act, and list what has to change
- Plan: a 90-day plan, clean-up first, then procedure pages and profiles, then ads
- Execute: our team does the work, and your urologist approves every page and ad that describes a procedure before it goes live
- Report: monthly reporting on enquiries by source, calls, WhatsApp messages and search visibility
A healthcare-focused team since 2012, a dedicated account manager, and six in-house departments: Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Video Production, Website Design and Content Writing.
What We Do
Six pieces of work, all checked against the NMC guidelines, the DMR Act and our own Ad Compliance Checklist before anything goes live.

Procedure Pages That Educate
One page per procedure, such as stone treatment (URS, RIRS, PCNL), prostate procedures and endourology, explaining who it’s for, the consultation, recovery and risks in general terms. No cure claims. Reviewed by your urologist.

Urologist Profiles
Qualifications, registration number, training and areas of focus, set out factually on your website and Google Business Profile.

Google Business Profile and Local SEO
The correct name, categories, services and photos, so you appear when patients search for a urologist or a procedure in your city.

Google Search Ads
Campaigns on procedure and city searches with factual copy that stays within NMC guidelines and Google’s healthcare policies, which restrict sexual health advertising.

Education-Led Video
Your urologist explaining conditions, procedures and recovery in plain language, made by our in-house video team.

Private Enquiry Handling
WhatsApp and short, discreet forms so patients can ask questions without giving details publicly.

Questions Urologists Ask Us
Yes, factually. You can describe the procedures you offer, who they are for, and how to book a consultation. What to avoid are claims to cure or permanently remove stones, because stones are listed in the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act’s Schedule, and the NMC guidelines rule out outcome promises.
Carefully. You can list the service and explain that consultations are private. Cure claims and suggestive advertising risk the DMR Act, NMC guidelines and Google’s ad policies at once, so we keep this content strictly factual.
Not for promotion. The NMC’s October 2026 guidelines bar advertising success rates. Outcomes are for your consultation with each patient.
Yes. Our office is in Kolkata, and we work with clinics across India over calls, video meetings and WhatsApp.
No. Google decides rankings, and an agency that promises a position is promising something it does not control. We commit to the work, and we report on it every month.
