Medical Tourism Marketing for Indian Hospitals

International patients research for weeks, sometimes months, before they travel. They compare hospitals and doctors, check costs and travel arrangements, and look for reasons to trust a hospital they have never visited. We help Indian hospitals reach those patients with clear, factual information in the languages they read, and keep every page and ad within the NMC’s 2026 advertising guidelines.

Medical Tourism Marketing Has Rules Too

The NMC’s October 2026 guidelines apply to hospitals, whoever the audience is. Success rates, patient testimonials, before-and-after material, superlatives and package offers are the standard tools of medical tourism marketing, and they are exactly what the guidelines restrict. International patients still need to compare and decide, so the job is to give them better facts. What we will not do for your hospital:

What international patients look for instead: named doctors with their qualifications and experience, clear procedure information, typical length of stay, how costs are estimated, accreditations such as NABH or JCI stated plainly, and practical help with the medical visa and travel. How We Work

We work with hospitals that already treat international patients and those starting an international desk. Every engagement follows the same five steps.

A healthcare-focused team since 2012, a dedicated account manager, and six in-house departments: Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Video Production, Website Design and Content Writing.

What We Do

Six pieces of work for international patient marketing, all checked against the NMC guidelines and our own Ad Compliance Checklist.

International Patient Pages

A clear section for international patients: how to send reports for an opinion, estimates, the medical visa, travel and accommodation, and what happens on arrival.

Email Marketing

Procedure Pages

Pages for the procedures international patients travel for, with typical length of stay and recovery in general terms, reviewed by your clinicians.

Multilingual Content

Key pages in the languages your patients read, such as Arabic, French, Bengali for Bangladesh, or Swahili, depending on your source countries.

Search and Ads by Country

SEO and Google Ads targeted at the countries and procedures that matter, with factual copy and tracking by country.

Doctor Profiles

Factual profiles with qualifications, registration details and areas of focus, which international patients check closely before choosing.

Medical Tourism Marketing Questions

Do the NMC guidelines apply to marketing aimed at foreign patients?

Yes. The guidelines cover hospitals’ advertising and public communication regardless of the audience, so international pages and ads should follow the same rules as domestic ones.

Can we publish treatment prices for international patients?

Factual information about charges is generally fine, and international patients expect cost estimates. Packages and discounts used as promotion are what the guidelines restrict.

Which countries should we target first?

Start with the countries your international patients already come from, and the procedures they travel for. Your existing enquiry data usually shows this clearly.

Can we show international patient stories?

Not as promotion. The guidelines restrict testimonials and success stories, and patient consent doesn’t make them acceptable. Factual information about your doctors and process works instead.

Do you guarantee international patient numbers?

No. We commit to the work, track enquiries by country and procedure, and report on them every month.
