Project Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll collaborate closely with department heads to allocate tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Cross-Departmental Management:
  • Coordinate and streamline operations for a smooth workflow.
  • Allocate tasks and responsibilities to departments and team members.
  • Monitor project progress and address operational bottlenecks proactively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure transparent communication on project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements and SOPs for streamlined workflow.
  • Collaborate with department managers for project requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, operational performance, and KPIs.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
